Spacious and stylish, the home’s furnishings and décor allow you to unwind in a sophisticated setting. Its neutral color palette provides a soothing backdrop to your stay. The home is both comfortable and practical. A dedicated workspace in the master bedroom is ideal for remote work. We also have the option of reserving a LaserJet color printer with fax and scanner upon request. Business or pleasure travelers will find all they need within the home.

Enjoy a good night’s sleep in one of our home’s six sumptuous bedrooms, all with plenty of sleeping and storage room. Choose from:

• 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed
• 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed and private bath
• 1 bedroom with two full-sized beds
• 1 king-sized bed with private bath
• A master suite with a king-sized bed

Young guests are sure to enjoy the sixth bedroom that features a whimsical Disney theme and four full-sized beds.

The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar and modern appliances. You’ll also find all the comforts of home—plush towels and linens, a washer and dryer for your laundry needs, hair dryers, iron, and ironing board.

Spend a quiet evening at home or enjoy a movie night with guests in three spacious living and family rooms with high-definition TVs. You will have access to cable TV, complimentary WiFi, and all of the resort’s amenities (Please be advised: there is a $45 Amenity Access Fee that must be paid at the front desk of the Resort’s clubhouse upon guest check in).

Relax and rejuvenate in the tranquility of the backyard pool or on the lanai furnished with patio seating. Our secure enclosure with weatherproof glass allows you to enjoy nature’s beauty whenever you’d like.

We make sure you have all the large and small essentials to make your stay easier, from dish sponges, paper towels, dish detergent and dishwasher capsules to extra trash bags. You will also find “starter” items like soap and toilet paper upon your arrival.

Rest assured, the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between rentals to ensure the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness.

About the Owner

Hi, I’m Grace, and I purchased this property so my young family members would have an amazing home away from home when they visit that is also close to Disney World! What kid wouldn’t want to have a pool and kids’ play zone that’s also just a few miles from the fun and excitement of Orlando’s biggest attractions? Now that I have seen how much my family enjoys staying here at Solterra Resort, I want you and your family to have the same memorable experience! Besides all of the great amenities and activities within and near Solterra Resort, I personally love to go fishing at New Smyrna Beach when I visit the property. The sunrises, along with the dolphins and manatees that glide by the boat and the calm waters are truly mesmerizing.

House Rules and FAQs

Please be advised: There is a $45 Amenity Access fee for short-term renters. This will be charged at the clubhouse when guests check in.

Can I have packages delivered to the home during my stay?

Yes, you can have packages delivered. However, please note packages sent via the US Postal Service (USPS) won’t be delivered to the home. It is recommended to avoid ordering from vendors who use USPS for delivery. Other courier services like FedEx, UPS, or DHL will leave packages on the doorstep. For added convenience and security, you can have packages sent to our Quality Vacation Homes office for pick-up (a small fee applies).

Is daily housekeeping included in the rental rate?

Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. You may request a mid-stay cleaning service for an additional fee.

Are kitchen supplies provided?

According to Florida law, we cannot leave open food containers in refrigerators or kitchen closets. We regret we cannot provide supplies like condiments or ground coffee. All leftover food items will be discarded after guests check out.

How does the pool heater work?

Please be aware the pool heater operates through a heat exchanger and may not work optimally when the exterior temperature is at freezing (32°F or 0°C).

Where does the trash go?

Trash is collected daily. To maintain a clean home and community, kindly place your trash in the resort dumpster and follow the posted trash collection guidelines in the home.

What are the potential additional charges?

Extra charges will apply for any damage to the property or if you require additional cleaning. Charges are as follows:

• Smoking inside the unit: $700
• Clogged toilet: $50
• Excessive/double cleaning required: $100
• Furniture moved and not returned to its original location: $100
• Frozen air conditioner (occurs if thermostat is set below 73°F/22°C): $250
• Check-out after 10 a.m. or check-in before 4 p.m.: An extra day’s charge

To avoid extra charges, please treat this home as if it were your own and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived.

Are pets allowed on the property?

We apologize, but pets are not allowed. If it is determined that an animal has been in the house or on the property, you will be charged the excessive/double cleaning fee of $100.

What about parking?

• Guest passes allow registered guests to park on the street in the marked parking spaces at any time. Visitor passes only allow a visitor to be onsite and park in the marked spaces until 10:00 p.m.
• Guests are not allowed to park fully or partially on the lawn and will be subject to a $35 per day fine.
•  You can park up to 3 cars in the driveway.
•  Please be aware there is no street parking. Vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. Please park in your driveways to avoid possible towing.
• Be advised all commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles, trailers, and boats shall be parked in enclosed garages at all times and cannot be parked within the Community. These vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
