Welcome to Gracie Orlando Getaway, where you and up to 15 other friends and family can stay and relax in the comfort of this well-appointed home located in the popular Solterra Resort community, all within easy driving distance of Orlando’s most popular attractions. This spacious 6-bedroom/5-bath home has it all, including a screened-in lanai and private pool for those who want to stay close to home. In the community, you will enjoy a ton of world-class amenities: clubhouse, fitness center, kid’s play zone, tennis, walking trail, large pool, and much, much more!

HOME HIGHLIGHTS:
The home furnishings and décor are tasteful and contemporary, and the home is ideal for working remotely, with a desk arrangement in the master bedroom. Also available upon request is a LaserJet color printer with fax and scanner (please reserve in advance).
The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and all appliances; towels/linens; washer/dryer; 3 living/family rooms with TV; hair dryers; iron/ironing board; enclosed/covered lanai with patio furniture; backyard pool; cable TV; free WiFi, full access to the resort amenities (see below).
Important! This home is fully cleaned and sanitized between rentals.
Please note: we do not provide gas for the fire pit.
STARTER SUPPLIES IN HOME:
1 dish sponge, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish detergent, 2 dishwasher capsules, 3 extra trash bags, 1 hotel-size soap per bath, 1 roll of toilet paper per bath plus 4 additional rolls
OPTIONAL ITEMS:
Pool Heat and Jacuzzi – $35 per day with 5-consecutive-day minimum or $140 turn-on fee for bookings of less than 5 days
BBQ Rental – $75 for entire stay

PACKAGE DELIVERY (ONLINE PURCHASES)
You may have packages sent to the home during your stay. Note: the post office will not deliver packages sent via the US Postal Service (USPS), as they do not recognize a vacation home as a regular address. Please be advised to not place an order from an online vendor who uses the USPS for delivery, as the package will not be delivered.
Other courier services such as FEDEX, UPS, or DHL will leave packages at the door step. For added security and convenience, you may have packages sent to our Quality Vacation Homes office for pick-up before and during your stay (small fee applies). Just let us know and we’ll provide you the address.
HOUSEKEEPING: Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. You may request a mid-stay cleaning service for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in refrigerators or kitchen closets. We regret that we are unable to provide supplies such as condiments and coffee powder. Additionally, all leftover food items will be removed after guests check out.
POOL HEATER: Please note: The pool heater works through a HEAT EXCHANGER. The heater will not work at an optimum level when the exterior temperature is in the freezing range (32°F or 0°C)
TRASH DISPOSAL: Trash is collected daily. To keep the home and community as clean as possible, we ask you to place your trash in the resort dumpster and adhere to the trash collection guidelines (posted in the home).
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: If you have caused damage to the property that requires a repair person to fix or extra cleaning, additional charges will apply, as follows:
Smoking inside unit – $700
Plugged toilet – $50
Excessive/double cleaning required – $100
Furniture that has been moved and not returned to its original location – $100
Frozen air conditioner (occurs if the thermostat temperature is set below 73°F/22°C) – $250
Check-out after 10am or check-in before 4pm – an extra day’s charge
To avoid extra charges, we ask that you treat this home as if it were your own and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived.
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed. If it is determined that an animal has been in the house or on the property, you will be charged the excessive/double cleaning fee of $100.

PARKING:
• Guest passes allow your registered guests to park on the street in marked parking spaces at any time. Visitor passes only allow a visitor to be onsite and park in the marked spaces until 10:00 PM.
• Guests are not allowed to park fully or partially on lawn, subject to $35 fine per day.
• You can park up to 3 cars on the driveway.
• Please be aware there is no street parking. Vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense. To avoid possible towing, please park in your driveways.
Also, please be advised that all commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles, trailers and boats shall be parked in enclosed garage at all time and cannot be parked within the Community. It will be towed at owner’s expense.
